Week 2. I did a thing!

This was a good week! This week I read a paper surveying NLP techniques since the birth of the space. This gave me a pretty good foundation of the path NLP has taken, without my needing to have done NLP. I also read up on attention mechanisms which were a sticking point for me last week. It’s interesting what a bit of foundational knowledge will do for your confidence. I completed Fast.Ai Week 1 and getting my instance to run on AWS was !!! My productivity didn’t end there though; I implemented 3 email spam filters  and it just felt amazing to produce.

There’s already a stark difference between my mindset last week and this week. Growth.
